More than 60 companies attended the Monteprincipe Campus Job Fair organised by the Career Centre; a unique employability experience to strengthen the link between University and Business. More than 450 students and alumni attended the fair, which allowed them to discover the professional opportunities linked to Architecture, Engineering, Dentistry, Pharmacy and Health, as well as other transversal companies. In addition, attendees had the opportunity to learn about the main challenges posed by the future of the labour market, as well as the skills most in demand at organisations undergoing digital transformation.
The rector, Rosa Visiedo, opened the fair and Guillermo Martínez Gauna-Viva, CEO of Ayúdame3D, contributed with a speech entitled: 'Designing help, printing social changes'. He explained how technology and social innovation can help change the lives of millions of people around the world. "Technology is a fundamental tool for transforming society and changing the world, and it must be used to offer innovative solutions for people'', explained the young entrepreneur. Calling on his own experience, the CEO of Ayúdame3D showed the importance of applying social value to everything we do, in order to generate a positive impact on society, the working environment and oneself.
