Scientific and research culture is part of Universidad CEU San Pablo foundations and leads us, as an institution, to organise and take part in national and international programmes and projects for the promotion and dissemination of scientific knowledge in our society. Our active participation in the organisation of the Madrid Science and Innovation Week (Semana de la Ciencia y la Innovación de Madrid) and the European Researchers' Night are some of the examples of our scientific tradition.
The Unidad de Cultura Científica e Innovación (UCC+I), created in 2019, is the unit of the Vicerrectorado de Investigación, Transferencia y Divulgación Científica whose objective is to promote scientific, technological and innovation culture through activities of various types: scientific communication, outreach, training, etc., in accordance with the Libro Blanco de las Unidades de Cultura Científica y de la Innovación of the Fundación Española para la Ciencia y la Tecnología (FECYT). It is part of the Red de UCC+I of the Fundación Española para la Ciencia y la Tecnología (FECYT), after successfully completing the initial registration process in 2024 and renewing it periodically.
