The EMPOWER YOU X CEU programme, driven by the university’s Career Centre and Human Age Institute, concluded with a special session at ManpowerGroup's Talent Tower. During this event, students from different degree programmes participated in an experiential speed networking workshop focused on the development of their skills, alongside professionals from Manpower. This session was the grand finale of the program.

The University has joined this program to empower students' talent and enhance their employability. It is an initiative which promotes self-awareness among our students, enhancing their key skills and unleashing their full potential, preparing them for their entry into the professional market. The students have highlighted the importance of understanding their skills, creating a professional roadmap, and the great opportunity it represents to learn how to successfully navigate a job interview, effectively leveraging their skills and experience while making an impactful impression through effective communication.

About the Human Age Institute

The Human Age Institute is a non-profit initiative driven by ManpowerGroup, which already has the support of over a thousand companies. It is Spain's largest Talent and Sustainability initiative with the aim of promoting talent as the driving force behind organisational transformation and ensuring the employability of young individuals. Additionally, it guides organisations toward a sustainable future.
