CEU Universities -San Pablo (USP), Cardenal Herrera (UCH), and Abat Oliba
(UAO)- have improved their results in the QS Stars Rating (2025–2030) compared
to the previous edition (2022–2025), achieving five stars -the highest possible
rating- in all evaluated categories: teaching, facilities, academic strength,
veterinary science (UCH), global engagement, employability, governance, social
impact, diversity, equity and inclusion, and academic development.
QS Stars is a global university rating system that institutions
voluntarily undergo to certify their compliance with the demanding quality
standards established by QS itself. This international quality seal, which will
remain valid for a five-year period (2025–2030), represents an improvement for
the CEU Universities compared to the previous classification (2022–2025).
Specifically, the universities have improved and surpassed four stars in the
categories of facilities, academic strength, social impact, and academic
development, now joining the other five-star categories where CEU already held
top marks. In addition, governance was introduced as a new indicator this year
and has also been awarded five stars.
