Universidad CEU San Pablo considers tutorial action to be a fundamental part of the student support model, especially with new students, who can count on this point of reference for their process of adaptation to their new environment at the start of their university studies.
Tutors coordinate various essential aspects for the student, including: the integration of the new student, academic counselling and personal guidance.
Among the actions to be carried out by a tutor, we can highlight:
- advising on the university's rules and regulations regarding continuance
- help in obtaining a better academic performance
- establishing contact with the university bodies to which the student should turn in the event of any situation or problem that goes beyond the competences of the academic tutor.
