Mr. Bruno García-Dobarco González was an alumnus of the Universidad CEU San Pablo who completed his Law Degree at the Universidad San Pablo-CEU with a brilliant academic record and subsequently obtained the number one position in his promotion in the selective examinations for entry into the Diplomatic Career. He was born on 27 June 1975 and died on 17 October 2020. At that time, he had a renowned prestige, which was recorded by four Spanish Foreign Ministers.
