Senior CEU |
Creation of a working group and initiatives that allow CEU retirees to maintain contact with the Institution. To this end, a database of 142 people from all over Spain has been created and a series of specific actions and advantages for the group, such as training and benefits, among others, have been set up. |

In addition, a specific web space has been developed for the group where they can find all the information related to institutional events and CEU life to invite them to be active participants. |

The first face-to-face Senior CEU meeting was scheduled for 17 and 19 March in Valencia and Madrid respectively, but had to be cancelled. |

Integra CEU |
Through apprenticeships, CEU develops its educational mission in the field of students with intellectual disabilities. The young people are doing their internships in different departments in different centres in Madrid:. |

The internships are carried out over a period of three months and in the 19-20 academic year we have had 11 students, although 7 of them have had their internships interrupted due to the state of emergency and will continue them from the 20-21 academic year. |

CEU Better |
In the 19-20 academic year, the III edition of the Campus CEU Mejores was carried out. Ten students took part in it, seven of whom obtained the non-certified USP qualification Skills for the Future"." |

In the development of this project, a series of training modules were taught, the students received individualised tutoring and had the opportunity to participate in different activities that USP offers its students. |

The number of volunteers in this edition amounted to 56. |

| Conciliation |
People |
In July of the 2018-2019 academic year, the 2nd Campus de Conciliación was held, with a total of 184 employees benefiting from the initiative and 316 children enjoying the various camps that are organised in CEU centres in July and non-school June. |

This initiative offers CEU employees to enjoy summer camps free of charge in order to facilitate the conciliation and balance between their personal and professional lives. |

In response to the emergency situation, the CEU has carried out different actions: |

- Internal network SOS CEU: to respond among colleagues to the needs that may arise in the CEU family.

- Volunteer network: so that CEU students and professionals can volunteer with the most vulnerable groups.

- Solidarity payroll: all CEU employees have the opportunity to donate part of their May 2020 payroll to Caritas to support their projects with COVID.
