Equipamientos

Powder apparatus: D8 ADVANCE theta-2theta X-ray diffractometer, Bragg-Bentane geometry, equipped with primary monochromator for working with monochromatic Ka1 Cu radiation and LynxEye fast position-sensitive detector. Possibility to work in reflection and transmission mode on capillaries.

Powder apparatus: D8 ADVANCE theta-2theta X-ray diffractometer, Bragg-Bentane geometry, equipped with coper K(a1+a2) radiation and LynxEye fast position-sensitive detector. This equipment has got an automatic charger of 9 positions. Possibility to work in reflection and transmission mode on capillaries.

Powder apparatus: D2 PHASER theta-theta X-ray diffractometer, Bragg-Bentane geometry, equipped with coper K(a1+a2) radiation and LynxEye fast position-sensitive detector. This equipment has got an automatic charger of 6 positions. Possibility to work with liquids or suspensions of solids in liquids.
