CEU-Business Classrooms

We provide training in business culture

The CEU-Business Classrooms are the space where the university and the business world work together. A well-established collaborative ecosystem, present in all the faculties of CEU San Pablo University, that brings the professional world closer to students from the very first day of their degree program.

More than 45 companies—multinationals, consulting firms, law firms, pharmaceutical companies, media outlets, and technology firms—are already part of this project. All share a common goal: to connect with CEU’s talent and contribute to their education.

What are the CEU-Business Classrooms?

The best way for companies to attract our students’ talent and for students to find employment at a leading company in their field is through initiatives such as the creation of the CEU-Business Classrooms.

The purpose of these classrooms is to become true spaces for collaboration and innovation, where students develop competencies and skills, talent is identified, and profiles are tailored to the current and future job market.

This represents a clear commitment to employability, a more direct way for companies to connect with our students and for them to engage with top-tier companies.

Almost 20 classrooms in all the faculties

Companies such as IBM, KPMG, NTT Data, Adecco, Hola, El Debate, Merck, and others are currently collaborating with us through a variety of activities, including training sessions, e-commerce sessions, case studies, workshops on the key skills companies seek, talent games, and career guidance talks.

All of this is aimed at a select group of students from various degree programs who benefit from the expertise of professionals from these companies.

Professional Internships

Many of the companies in the CEU-Empresa ecosystem also offer internships to students with whom they have collaborated during the academic year. This is no coincidence: it is the natural result of an existing relationship and a talent they already know.

CEU’s Career Services supports students throughout this process—from career counseling to agreements with companies—with ongoing support that continues even after graduation.

The result: a 94% employment rate

Understanding what the job market demands, collaborating with those already in the field, and developing the most in-demand skills leads to a concrete result: 94% of CEU undergraduate students enter the workforce, one of the highest rates in the higher education sector.
