A new chapter begins. A journey that will transform you, help you grow, and take you further than you can imagine. On behalf of the entire university community, it is a true pleasure to welcome you to CEU San Pablo University.

We know that the beginning can be filled with emotions, doubts, and new discoveries. That’s why we’re here: to guide you through your first steps and help you get off to a good start.

Welcome Week is designed just for you. It’s your chance to discover everything the university has to offer: services, academic resources, extracurricular programs, activities, opportunities… and, above all, people. You’ll meet your new classmates, your professors, and your faculty’s administrative team—people who will shape your journey.

🎓 Welcome Sessions – Welcome Day

On Wednesday, September 2, we will celebrate Welcome Day, the first big step in your university career.

The day includes sessions by degree program so you can get to know your faculty, your teaching staff, and the facilities firsthand.

Below is the full schedule according to your degree program and assigned space.

 

9:30 a.m. | Medicine 1 (Medicine and Nursing)* + guided tour​

10:30 a.m. | Medicine 2 (Dentistry, Physical Therapy, Genetics, Psychology and Bionformatics and Big Data)* + guided tour​

11:30 a.m. | Economics and Business Administration​

📌*Simultaneous translation into English will be provided.

One-way bus service - From Moncloa to Montepríncipe

To make it easier for you to get to campus on Welcome Day, we have organized a special free bus service with departures from different points in the city:

Check the schedule for your faculty and remember that you must sign up in advance to use this service.

👉 Sign up as soon as possible and remember to be on time. We want you to arrive on time for your first day!

Return bus service | From Montepríncipe to Moncloa

At the end of the Welcome Day activities, the university offers new students a free return bus service.

Departures will begin at 1:30 p.m. from the designated points on the Montepríncipe Campus.

Sessions for exchange students (Incoming Students)

1:00 p.m. | Official reception in the Aula Magna of the Higher Polytechnic School (Montepríncipe Campus)

2:00 p.m. | Meetings by faculties and the Higher Polytechnic School.

Students will meet with their respective faculties in the following areas of the EPS:

  • School of Economics and Business: Main Auditorium
  • School of Humanities and Communication Sciences: Auditorium
  • School of Law: Room 1.1.1, EPS Basement
  • School of Medicine: Multipurpose Room 1
  • School of Pharmacy: Classroom 0.01
  • Institute of Technology (EPS): Classroom 0.02

Arriving at CEU from another country is exciting, but it also raises questions: documentation, paperwork, orientation, and next steps.

That’s why, during Welcome Day, if you’re an international student, you’ll have access to the International Welcome Hub—a welcoming space offering guidance and support designed to help you take your first steps at the University.

📌Meeting point: Institute Of Technology (Escuela Politécnica Superior) | Class -1.4.1

Here, you’ll be able to:

  • Check in upon arrival.
  • Pick up and review the necessary documentation.
  • Inquire about procedures such as academic accreditation, NIE, or course equivalency.
  • Receive information about arrival services.
  • Get your questions answered at the Help Desk.

Come with your documents ready and check your CEU email before attending. That way, we can help you better right from the start.

Discover the most historic side of Madrid on a guided tour of some of its most iconic sites. An enjoyable way to get to know the city, find your way around downtown, and spend a unique afternoon with other students—all capped off with a distinctly Madrilenian touch.

Meeting point: Plaza de Isabel II.

Group 1: departs at 5:30 p.m.

Group 2: departs at 7:00 p.m.

Route: Plaza de Isabel II, Plaza de Oriente, Royal Palace, Calle Bailén, Calle Mayor, and Plaza Mayor.

We invite you to explore every corner of the Moncloa Campus on a guided tour designed to help you discover everything university life has to offer.

Join one of our guided tours, explore the campus, and find your way around before classes begin. Remember to register in advance to secure your place. Sign up to reserve your spot.

📍Meeting point:  Entrance at Julián Romea 23.

🕥 Departures: From 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

⏱️Duration: 30 minutes.
