Commitment to the Health Biotechnology Sector

3PBIOVIAN, a company specialising in the development and manufacture of biological medicines for third parties, and the University have signed a collaboration agreement with the aim of promoting academic excellence, talent development, and the advancement of scientific knowledge.

The agreement includes an annual financial contribution to the Fundación Universitaria

San Pablo CEU, which will be allocated to rewarding the best Final Degree Projects and

Final Master’s Projects completed at the University. In this first edition of the TFG and

TFM awards, presented during the Academic Ceremony marking the Feast of the

Immaculate Conception, 3PBIOVIAN awarded the prizes for Best Final Degree Project in Pharmacy and Biotechnology, as well as Best Final Master’s Project in Bioenterprise Management.

“This agreement reaffirms our firm commitment to talent and university research, which are essential drivers for facilitating access to the labour market, transforming the biotechnology sector, and accelerating the delivery of new solutions to patients,” stated Dámaso Molero, Group CEO of 3PBIOVIAN.

For her part, the Rector, Rosa Visiedo, highlighted that “this project will not only strengthen the employability and talent of our students, but will also help them face the challenges of their future professional careers with greater confidence and responsibility”.

Through this partnership, both organisations reinforce their commitment to specialised training and to collaboration between the academic and business spheres, fostering the preparation of professionals capable of addressing the current and future challenges of the biomedical industry.

Creation of the CEU–3PBIOVIAN Chair

As part of the agreement, the CEU–3PBIOVIAN Chair has been established as a collaborative platform designed to enhance talent development in biotechnology and to facilitate the identification of high-potential profiles for recruitment by the company. The Chair will serve as a meeting point for students, academic staff, and 3PBIOVIAN professionals, promoting training, outreach, and career guidance activities.
